I applied to the job online and was asked to complete some pre-screen test. I was then contacted by a recruiter for a phone call. A time and date was set then the recruiter cancelled and rescheduled the interview 30 minutes before via email. This was fine and I was given the option to reschedule which I had to since I was not available that day. I scheduled it for the day after. I then waited and heard nothing from the recruiter. I emailed her professionally saying I did not hear from her and to let me know what day and time worked best for a phone call. Almost 2 weeks later I have heard nothing. This type of behavior from a large company or any company is just ridiculous. Ghosting someone is just ridiculous. Would not recommend trying to find a job from a company who allows their recruiters to behave this way.
