Applied on their website, heard back in 3 days with a request to interview. Time slots however were not available for 2-3 weeks out. 30 minute Microsoft Teams interview with internal recruiter where they asked for specific number of years that I worked with specific technology and have worked in QA. This was then followed up with a request to answer a few questions. This ended up being 22 essay like questions such as "Can you tell us about your experience as a QA manager in software quality assurance?" and "Can you discuss when you made a difficult decision as a QA manager?". It seemed as if someone googled 'questions you should ask for a qa manager in an interview' and put them all into one list. The questions were all questions that should have been asked in a live interview setting and not though essay form. Obviously the team had already hired for the position. I answered the questions to just receive a thanks but no thanks email. I would have rather them not have wasted my time.
Would not recommend anyone interviewing here.
