The company moves quickly through the interview process, and it becomes clearer why as you progress. After completing the application, I received an email to complete both a video interview and a phone assessment (reading a script). Next, I moved on to a video interview with the recruiter, followed by another video interview with the hiring manager. Then, the recruiter scheduled a phone interview to “follow up” after my interview with the hiring manager.
An offer was made, but the pay is extremely low $15 an hour, non-negotiable, which is bottom of the barrel for the industry. But that’s not all. They conduct a thorough, deep dive background and verification check on every job you’ve had in the last seven years, along with a drug test. The background check company even reached out to me asking for pay stubs or W-2s from a previous job.
For an entry-level position paying $15, they act as if you’re applying to work for NASA or the CIA. Even top-paying competitors don’t go through all of this for entry-level customer service roles. This company is a joke.
