Once i joined the call. They refused to be on camera. The interviewer also had no linked in profile. and the only questions i was asked in why them and if i have other offers lined up. and if i had something in my pipeline, why am i applying to them.

The hiring process was confusing and exhausting. For some reason the HR thinks it’s okay to call you out of the blue at 11.30 PM in the night to schedule a call for the following day.
And for some reason they are proud of working through the weekends and claim on the calls that they would like their employees to work weekends too.
It’s the employees prerogative to work the weekends, it is unfair to put them on a spot during the interview telling them they will have to work weekends if they join.
If, as a potential candidate this is the boundary this company sets, I do not want to know what boundaries they’d have once you join.
I declined the last round.
