Interview
Two interviewers, very casual, brief tour. Interview did feel like a two way street where being interviewed was as much of an opportunity to interview back if the fit was correct.

Had a phone call to discuss the details of the job. Never came in and met anyone face to face. Thought this was strange. But since I was working through a hiring company I didn't know if this was normal.

For a Project Specialist contract position 2 rounds of interviews, each round little over 2 hours of non stop questioning. Each round interviewed by at least by 6 people. Hiring decision took almost a month.

Lots and lots of questions, they are trying to look for a lot, very detailed...questions more to do with your personality, your job experiences and scenario based questions. Nothing technical as such.
