I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at American Tower in Apr 2022
Interview
The interviewer was in time and the duration lasted 30 minute. It was strictly a telephone interview. It was not stressful as interviewer was calm and easy to talk with.

Interview
Two interviews, with the Supervisor for the position and the manager. They were back to back, which made the process appear seamless. Standard interview questions, nothing fancy or outwardly weird. Interviewed before Thanksgiving and heard nothing back.

They wanted to know how I dealt with difficult personalities.
Interviews via Zoom with multiple members of the Contract Drafting department. Each interview was approximately 30 Minutes long and consisted of questions regarding experience with the general topic matter of the position and problem solving capabilities.
