      Friendly, relaxed, but turned out the head of the department (not my interviewer) didn't accept any applicants who were over his idea of ideal weight. I was startled that this kind of discrimination still exists. (I know--stupid of me.)

      Quick invitation after application submission, used an easy online scheduling system, interview was with three people from the office. It was conversational and interesting. They were super communicative after the interview too.
