the whole process took about 3 weeks. There are a phone interview a couple of days after I submitted my application. I thought it went well, but I had to wait for more than a week and a half to have a follow up. Recruitment assistants over the phone were not helpful at all.
I later got an email saying they needed an in-person interview. Thant went well and I got the job on the spot.
