I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at American Water (New York, NY) in Feb 2018
Interview
Well, it started through the recruit team which were totally awesomee folks.. Then I had my interview panel I'm not going to like!! The questions are intense but they want to make sure you fit in there company. The interview was about 45mins long. I then was offered to a second interview and was hired on. IF you are not a go getter or enthusiastic well this may not be for you. I'm not going to provide you the questions and answer because I strongly believe you need to prepare yourself..

Long- serval processes to have to complete. Training is intense and a long process but worth it in the end. Aptitude testing, clerical testing. Several areas they go over before even getting a face to face interview.
