Interview
I applied online at like midnight and received a call first thing in the morning from the staffing specialist Jessical who conducted a phone screening before scheduling an in person interview for the following day. Before I actually would meet with a manager who would conduct an actual interview, I had to undergo several different computerized tests. Some of these test were for personality, customer service skill assessment, and a typing test. After passing the tests, Jessica introduced me to Eli who was one of the head supervisors. He asked me mostly general interview questions. I had previous experience with health insurance and medical terminology so he did ask me some questions about that.
