I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Amgen
Interview
Was contacted a few days after applying. Spoke with HR on standard topics. As I am currently transitioning out of the military, I made them aware of a slightly extended availability timeline. Got an interview shortly after, then another a couple weeks later. When I received a phone call congratulating me that I’d be moving on in the process I asked if there were any major concerns about my availability timeline due to my military obligations. The hiring manager seemed completely oblivious to this, said he’d talk to the team, but assured me I would get another interview. Got a call two weeks later saying my timeline would not work ”but good luck”. Waste of time, glad I didn’t go onsite then get told.
