Ampere Computing interview questions

Two rounds of interviews. 1st interview was just to check the fundamentals of Digital ELectronics, STA. I had RISC Pipelining project in the resume, so asked to explain briefly about it. Then in CDC, why gray counter is used etc. 2nd round was position specific. Asked me to describe the entire physical design flow. And why each of these steps are done, checks we do before each of these steps. How to mitigate setup and hold time violations. How cross coupling can influence the timing analysis.
