I mailed my CV to the HR Carole at Amphenol Socapex in Thyez and she called me back to fix a first interview with her.I specified I do not speak much french so it will be difficult for me and she said I will test your english.I had a first 45 minute video interview with her and she asked me to do it french still I put in all my efforts and did the interview with my intermediate french.At the end of interview she said I'll forward your CV and your french level will not be a problem.I had another 45 minute video interview with Finance Director and then another 30 minute interview with HR director and I was told I will be told about the outcome. I followed after a week and had no response and then I followed again after another week and still had no response .The HR did not answer any calls or voice messages. Three long interviews and was not even told of the outcome let alone any feedback and ghosted. Very poor candidate experience
