Very informal, met with only a couple of managers. No trick questions were asked, and the entire process only took one morning. I was notified almost immediately, at which point I accepted the position. This was, however, an internal interview.

Question 1
How would you decide whether to take business directly or via a distributor?
Very strenuous and tedious process with minimal to no feedback requiring five stages where you HAVE to accommodate to their needs. Prolongs for several weeks and five stages is just a little too excessive. It is upon you to follow up.
