Multiple interview process with many Department heads. Very interesting and effective. Meeting with multiple department heads was very beneficial to see how they operated as a company and also allowed me to see more of the 'day-to-day' so to speak. I did submit questions of mine for them to follow up through since I was trying to be thorough as possible.
