Interview
The first step is an aptitude online test, next a one-on-one video interview with the HR representitive, third a goup dynamic and fourth an interview with the manager. In the group dynamic of 3 hours duration the first exercise was an online multiple choice type of game where the person who answers faster and the most correct wins. Following is a brief discussion about the company. Then an online sort of game called "The evolution of trust" where you have to make certain decisions in groups. Lastly you have just general questions or doubts you might want to ask. If you do well the last step after that is an interview with the manager of the department your applying.

Il processo di selezione è strutturato in tre fasi: la prima consiste in un colloquio conoscitivo con le risorse umane, seguito da un assessment di gruppo per valutare le competenze trasversali, e infine da un ultimo colloquio HR con il manager per approfondire motivazioni e allineamento con il ruolo
Interview with multiple questions about previous experience, background and explanation of job position and company. Process really fast and feedback is given in a fast and efficient way, all very clear.
