Per prima cosa mi hanno contattato telefonicamente chiedendomi se fossi ancora interessato alla posizione e se avessi avuto difficoltà nel raggiungere il luogo di lavoro, non vivendo in zona. Successivamente c'è stato un colloquio via skype di circa un'ora. Ho ricevuto poi una mail in cui c'era scritto che non ero stato selezionato per proseguire il processo di selezione, senza nessun feedback significativo
Il processo di selezione è strutturato in tre fasi: la prima consiste in un colloquio conoscitivo con le risorse umane, seguito da un assessment di gruppo per valutare le competenze trasversali, e infine da un ultimo colloquio HR con il manager per approfondire motivazioni e allineamento con il ruolo
