The afternoon included an assessed group activity and an interview with two employees. Both activities were reasonably relaxed and engaging. All the employees on the day were extremely nice and willing to answer questions. I particularly enjoyed the demonstration of their current technology and the company presentation. The company obviously had a very clear picture of the candidates they wanted and that would be best suited to them. A large number of people from my university did not get an offer mainly due to a lack of commercial awareness, and so i would recommend that anyone that wishes to work for the company needs to have good awareness of the current economic climate.
