I applied through a recruiter. The process took 7 months. I interviewed at Amplifon (Milan) in Jun 2024
Interview
7 months of an interview process over several rounds. Began with AdQualis, an external recruitment company for some initial rounds, followed by a business game. When it was passed on to the internal HR team it got worse as several interviews were cancelled the night before or the morning of the interview. When you were given an interview slot, you had to take it and make sure that it worked for you even with the very realistic possibility that it would be cancelled on you.

Question 1
Are you motivated to work in a tough, competitive environment?
Process consisted of two rounds of interviews with an outsourced HR Company, one group dynamics in the form of a business game and then three rounds of interviews with Amplifon, ending with the C level. Nothing was extraordinarily difficult,it was just frustrating because it was overly slow and communication was poor. Took 4 months from the application to the last stage with a lot of uncertainty between.

very long process from february till june
i got in at the last interview and the supply chain manager was push and negative, passive-aggressive asf. Didn't ask a single word in a good tune and acted as i own him money.
The hr didn't do anything at the last interview.
Now I have waited for almost half a month and still no replay or feedback even if I asked. Comon for the last round candidate I don't even deserve an answer?
Will never apply for amplifon again. the whole recuitment process is just too insufficient and passive
