A form was randomly sent to me with no direction, I had to email back for clarity to ensure it was for me as another prospective candidate was attached.
I did a phone interview/screen with a recruiter where they wanted to go over the form I filled and my resume word for word, which was very redundant. I was told “you’ll have a lot of zoom interviews after this”
I had an interview with the hiring manager which was great, so I thought. I was told the next step would be circling back with HR and possibly an offer letter. I was told I’d be a great fit so, I assumed I got the job. Very wrong. I had to send a follow up email to the recruiter a week later who in turn had no updates at the time. Around 10:30pm I got an email from her saying I was not chosen. Which is fine but, the lack of organization and professionalism from the very beginning was a red flag.
