Amtrak Lead Service Attendant interview questions

I interviewed in Jan. of this year and the process was one of the most intense I've been through. I was interviewed by two train managers who were both nice, but clear about the attributes they wanted in a candidate. It was a three part interview, the first being informal introductions, the second part was a 10 question session where they took turns asking me various experience related questions and the third was questions from me. It took about an hour and went from relaxed to serious to relaxed.

Attended group interview at main building, was hired easily, wasn't asked many questions, was willing to accept bartender experience for LSA position, which well prepared me. They seemed happy to have me come onboard.
