Quality interview process and great experience. Involved presentation of previous experiences and four rounds of interviews with different departments in supply chain. I found it ironic how a company that embraces diversity conducted their interviews with only white individuals and a significant amount of them being males.

phone screening, then an onsite interview. At the beginning of the onsite interview you do a presentation of your experiences in front of about 30 staff members, then I had 4 thirty minute interviews. The interview questions were primarily behavioral questions, followed by a few minutes at the end for me to ask question.

I met them at the career fair, then was asked to an interview the next day. The woman I interviewed was extremely nice and we connected immediately. Then went on a site visit to grand rapids a few weeks later to take a tour. They treated us very well. Then next day, panel interviews and additional 1 v. 1 questions. I enjoyed the company but the atmosphere was not quite what I expected. Less structured. In the end, I didn't get the job but it was a great experience.
