I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amway (Ada, MI)
Interview
I applied through my school's career center website. A few weeks later, received an e-mail to come meet them at my school's career fair. I talked with them and got a on-campus interview. It lasted about 45 minutes and consisted of behavioral questions. The person interviewing me was really nice but wasn't in procurement so he couldn't answer my questions. About a month later I got invited to their HQ for on-site interview. They treated their candidates really well. Set us up in a nice hotel with an excellent dinner. I had 3 group interviews and a presentation to give to about 15 people. The culture seemed great and everyone was nice. All the interview questions were behavioral as well.
