They first came to my school and i met Amway at a career fair. After learning more about the company, I was interested and made sure they had my resume. Then, they called me for a phone interview, then I went on site for my final interview.

The manager directly reached out for an interview through phone but was unreachable after their first call. There was no room for rescheduling and the manager was late to the interview.
During the interview the manager seemed uninterested and was not engaging. The manager was just reading off a list of questions and was very dry. When I tried to ask questions about the manager role, the manager just replied with short one sentence replies. It seemed that the manager was just stalling until their next meeting.
