I would devide the LAST stage for the interview into 3 parts.
1st part - introduction (general interview questions that interviewer asks when he/she wants to feel you more comfortable and relax.)
2nd part - main part of the interview (you need to read CAREFULLY the job description and check all the terms and programs that were mentioned in the job description, 80% of questions asks to check if you are a good fit to this role and what values you can bring to the company). I recommend to read values of the company, they check if you like it and be ready to choose one of the values, then describe it.
3rd stage - they will ask personal questions about your family and ask you how can you manage to solve issues or complex situations (I gues that htey do not know how to manage with it that is why your potential Team Leader mentioned it)
