They were holding open interviews. I was interviewed by one person at the company and then another person in the department I was applying for. Overall the interview process was choppy, and felt disorganized, especially for a company like the Amway. I was ultimately offered a job to work full time at the front desk and I informed the HR representative on the phone that I would need to call them back but that I was really excited about the job. They said to call before the weekend. I called the next day and left a message accepting the job, but never heard anything back. I called two more times and have heard nothing since. It is very frustrating that this happened because I would have loved working for the company and moving back to Grand Rapids. But since the HR department never called me back, I do not want to work for a company that cannot follow through on their hiring. Very disappointed.
