Interview
Was given a phone interview, and after was told that they would reach back out to me if they wanted to bring me in house for an interview. The phone screening didn't offer many opportunities to differentiate yourself. They were looking for a different type of candidate than me, so the resume walkthrough was almost cringeworthy.

The manager directly reached out for an interview through phone but was unreachable after their first call. There was no room for rescheduling and the manager was late to the interview.
During the interview the manager seemed uninterested and was not engaging. The manager was just reading off a list of questions and was very dry. When I tried to ask questions about the manager role, the manager just replied with short one sentence replies. It seemed that the manager was just stalling until their next meeting.
