There was a phone interview with two individuals from the department I was interviewing for as the first round. The second round interview was onsite at the Ada, MI headquarters. That involved a presentation as for why I wanted to work for the company and why I believed I would be a good fit. It was then followed up by two rounds of interviews with more people from the same department.
