Interview
30 minute interview, generally asked behavioral questions. Went straight into questions without very much introduction of themselves. There were 2 people interviewing, both from the field I was applying for. The interview wasn't very conversational or friendly; it was simply question after question. There wasn't anything unexpected, but it was very formal.

Phone confirmation of offer
The manager directly reached out for an interview through phone but was unreachable after their first call. There was no room for rescheduling and the manager was late to the interview.
During the interview the manager seemed uninterested and was not engaging. The manager was just reading off a list of questions and was very dry. When I tried to ask questions about the manager role, the manager just replied with short one sentence replies. It seemed that the manager was just stalling until their next meeting.
