I received an email inviting me to a phone screen- it took a while (several days between emails) to set this up. The phone screen seemed to go well, and two weeks later after I emailed them to check in they invited me to interview with the hiring manager. That interview also seemed to go well but I didn't hear anything back for 3 weeks, at which point I emailed them and they said I had not been chosen to move forward.
