I applied for this position quite some time ago but the whole process really rubbed me the wrong way. After applying, I received an email from the “Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist” at Amy’s asking me to schedule some time to talk on the phone for an initial screening. I promptly replied and we confirmed a day and time. On the day/time, I never heard from them. I called them (and left a VM), no answer. I follow up via email an hour after our scheduled time, no reply. I followed up via email a week later asking if the position was still available since I noticed Amy’s had re-posted the position, no reply. I felt like it was just so incredibly unprofessional and rude.
