Had an initial interview with the internal recruiter and I thought it went well. However, I was told the recruiter would share my background with the hiring manager to potentially schedule an interview with her. After I sent several follow-up emails to the recruiter to ask about the status of my application, they went unanswered.

I had a phone screen. The questions were pretty straight forward and I was informed of the salary range for the role. I was told my profile would be passed on to the hiring manager for consideration. I never heard back despite sending numerous follow-up emails.
