i applied through linkedin.
the usual process. an initial phone screen followed up by an interview.
all i can say is that the interview was nothing more than a charade for "free consulting." all the questions were poised to get specifics which is a tale-tell sign.
when these tactics were called into question, the tone of the "interview" changed and became obviously defensive.
i received the rejection email the following week. of course i followed up requesting feedback. surprisingly, i did receive feedback. it was "...we were seeking more specific examples of your experience tied to the questions.." in other words, "...we were seeking free consulting and you were to smart to fall into our trap..."
i would pay close attention to the other interviews/reviews on glassdoor as this seems to be the underlying theme with this company.
beware...
