Interview
I applied for the internship at a job fair and had a pretty good conversation with the hiring managers. We talked about my resume and they seemed to like my resume as later that day, they gave me a technical interview.

Interview
Very varied, interesting, and fair recruitment process. Gave me an opportunity to ask about the company, and more about the role, and were welcoming and friendly. The interview process wasn't too long, but long enough to get a good idea of the candidate level.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Anaplan (York, England) in Oct 2021
Interview
The interview process was highly positive. I had three different interviews with different valued members of staff. My first interview was with Tracy, where we discussed what Anaplan values and what they provided as a company to other businesses. Tracy was warm, so friendly and eased my nerves. We discussed the skills and experience that was on my CV and how this would help me working with a successful company like Anaplan. This was my first interview for a job, so I came into this interview feeling extremely nervous, but with Tracy, it felt like I was having a regular discussion with someone who was really interested in what I have done and celebrated my successes. I cannot thank Tracy enough for the confidence that she has helped me find.
My second interview was with Chloe and Katherine. In this interview, I was asked to prepare a short presentation on something that I was passionate about. I chose to present my project that was an application used to teach Dijkstra’s Algorithm in schools. Chloe and Katherine were so enthusiastic about their experiences with Anaplan, and I was able to ask about the projects that I could be a part of. They asked me about my technical experience and what teams are available to join.
My third interview was with Sam. Again, she was enthusiastic about her role at Anaplan. Overall, the experience with the interviews has been so positive and I couldn’t fault anything. These women are great assets to Anaplan and quite the inspiration for other women to get into STEM.
