I found this intern opportunity on our university job listing. I did some research and found this company is cool and this role could be a fit, so I applied. The first round is a phone screen interview, then I was assigned a take-home case study. The second round has two parts. The first part is a technical interview, which is based on the case study. The second part is a culture fit interview, which is more relax and general.
The whole process is very smooth and effective. HR and interviewers are all very nice and positive. I think the culture here is very good.

I enjoyed the whole process so much! I am so lucky to meet Tracy Hoel, one of the best recruiter in the world. She made the process very smooth and I felt so supported. After a phone call with Tracy, I took a case study interview and a cultural interview. Both were conversational. People at Anaplan are so passionate about what they are doing.
