I was contacted by a recruiter about a Solutions Consultant role at Anaplan. Set up a 30 minute phone screen. I was told that I would hear back with (potential) next steps in 72 hours. A thank you email, a follow-up email and a month later...radio silence. I have interviewed for many jobs in the past, but this is the first one that I interviewed for where I received exactly zero follow-up. I found the experience to be very unprofessional.

Question 1
Pretty straightforward. Company info > background > fit > Q&A.
Smooth and fair interview process. It was multiple rounds ending with a panel. Overall, it was fair and similar to other presales. roles. Be prepared to handle off the wall questions and objection handling. Nothing out of the ordinary.
I went through a four-stage interview process, concluding with a panel interview. Each stage required approval to progress. The final panel included a presentation and demo based on a use case, a situational discussion, and follow-up questions from the panel.
