I applied through college or university. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Anatomage (San Jose, CA) in Mar 2016
Interview
The interview process went smoothly until the end. It began with a phone screen a day after I applied through university recruiting. I was called shortly after for an on-site interview 2.5 weeks from then so some wait time. A week after that I had another interview with the CEO. Following my last interview, I heard nothing for more than a month and then received a brief email from HR stating I hadn't been selected.
As far as the interviews, my phone interview went well. It was half phone screen half 'why are you interested'. My first on-site interview was very unique and had some on-the-spot testing regarding dealing with a customer as well as my ability to learn their software. Overall went well but could have been better. My last interview with the CEO was strange and felt like a waste of time. It lasted a total of 15 minutes where he went over my resume and asked me questions about each section. He asked if I had any questions for him and we talked briefly about the Anatomage table. However the entire time the CEO seemed to be anxious to leave and after I had no questions, the interview was over.
Looking back, the last half of the interview process was pretty unsatisfactory. I was expecting at least a phone call after interviewing twice at their office but instead received a 1 month of no update and an email from HR.

They asked me how I would respond to a customer's email if I were an engineer for them. I was given 10 minutes alone and then I presented why I said what I said.
The HR team I worked with was friendly and there were a small number of interview rounds before they made a final decision. The responses from the hiring team were fairly fast. Most interviewers were nice although one gave me fairly bad vibes.
