First you have a phone interview which was a basic HR screen. I got called in for an in-person interview and well... it was the worst interview experience for me. In an interview you basically show what you have to offer and so does the interviewer in terms of what the company can give you, but this was not the case. Before I went I had read the negative reviews, but had decided I would make my own decision in terms of the interview. Everyone was right.
I answered all the questions, some were repeated, and I knew when they asked 5 questions on work environment that this there was probably some difficulties in terms of personnel. The interaction of the two interviewers was another sign that I would not want to be a part of this team. One interviewer was curt, rude and spoke in an obnoxious tone, his accent made things even more difficult to understand as well and eventually he left the room to apparently go do something, but never came back. The other interviewer asked questions related to a Quality position and spent a little bit of time showing me what the company did.
They had me do a few tasks on the computer with images of dental implants, do a written sample, and a quiz on grammar.
The interview ended up being almost an hour and half and I left feeling frustrated and insulted. Nope.
