I found the job on craig's list and applied, they got right back to me within a week. They made me pay full way to get there (FOR THE INITIAL INTERVIEW, so it was never guaranteed). I was in the meeting for all of 10 minutes, I was tested on extremely primitive software that I wound up never using, then they asked me if I knew what I was talking about in terms of the profession and described it as, and I quote, 'stuff'. Clearly they all had no idea what they were talking about, I had so many red flags tossed at me already. Then the CEO comes in and asks if I have any questions and then leads me to the door. I got a call about a day or two later and I'm in.
