I had a phone interview with someone from HR prior to being asked in for an on-site interview. The phone interview just went through the resume asking about my past experience. I had the on-site interview with the manager of the department. I was asked to talk about my experience, and answer some open ended questions or situational questions. Asked to perform few computer software skills.
