Submitted application online, received initial phone screen by a generic HR rep within a few weeks. She asked why I was interested in the position, why I believed myself to be qualified for the position, and then for a desired salary range. Received an email a couple of weeks later that they moved on.

After I applied online, I got a request for a phone interview the same day. The phone interview was very brief. The interviewer was very friendly, and mostly just wanted to know why you want to work there, and how your skills will fit. I was invited to an on-site interview the next day. Unfortunately, they do not provide assistance or compensation for travel or relocation. Since I live in a different state, that became a problem for me. We did not go forward with the process.
