I applied online. Heard back a couple of weeks later and got an interview. I had the option to either do the interview in-person or online. I had no car and had to rely on public transit. I wanted to check out the campus so I chose the in-person interview. The guy who interviewed me didn't seem too impressed overall with my work while viewing it in the meeting room but surprisingly I went on to do an assessment test. I was emailed instructions on what to do for the test. Simple instructions within my capabilities. After 2 days of doing the test and re-reading the test instructions over 100 times, we had an assessment of my test. He still didn't seem too impressed. Got rejected on the spot the spot during the assessment. Long story short, he was hard to understand and hard to be understood. Word of advice for people who rely on public transit: if you have the option to do either in-person or online interviews, choose online. Don't waste money on public transit just to MAYBE get that job.
