I had a phone screen with the recruiter and then 5 video interviews with various executives. They seemed nice enough with at least 2 of the interviewers suggesting neighborhoods I might want to research and all telling me they would be in touch about flying me to Utah for an in person tour and interviews. I received an email from the admin with travel details. Two days later I received another email telling me they would need to reschedule and to disregard the travel documents. I heard nothing for 2 weeks so followed up and was told they'd be in touch. It's been 5 months. I don't think they are calling. The entire experience was extremely unprofessional. If I'm not a good fit or the requisition is cancelled that's OK. But I think after 6+ hours of interviews a candidate deserves at least a form rejection email.
