I was invited for an in-person interview after a phone screening. Though I have been developing good tools in Python for the last 2 years in the DevOps area, one of the interviewers got me with some tricky coding exercise. The 2 guys interviewed me were cynical and I knew they were not going to recommend me no matter how I performed. I wasted about 3 hours in going down to Menlo Park for this exercise and highly regret it now. It's a disorganized place and you should consider the company only if you have no other option.

This is the only company where i have seen the most unprofessional way to interview a candidate. When a candidate is asked a question, if the interviewers laugh among themselves constantly, its so annoying. The interviewers don't know how to interview a candidate, and they were unprepared and they asked questions which has nothing to do with the actual work in the company, nor does it has anything to do with my current work. In the middle of the interview, the interviewers just walked out without saying anything and suddenly one of them came back and said "production problem" and they said i dont have enough linux experience and so they are not hiring me. I am glad that i dint get selected here. Otherwise life would have been miserable.
