The interview process was very basic. All we had to do was answer a few questions and talk about our background in accounting. Really would recommend people applying for this job.
The application screening process was easy, The interviewers seemed nice and were easy to talk to, and they didn't ask about any technical experience. i heard back about a week after the interview when I got my offer.

phone call was easy with HR, mostly asked about myself, not much behavioral questions. why i chose the school i went to, pick out something from your resume, why anderson, etc.
