I had about 4 or 5 1-on-1 interviews with various managers on-site, then I had a shop tour, and lastly met with HR. The facility was average. Could have used a bit of modernizing but was overall good. The interviewers were very nice and seemed friendly and genuine. They ultimately hired within for the role so I did not receive an offer. Kudos to them though for promoting from within. As a plus, their benefits were good and 401k matching was the best I've seen from a company.
