Simple Interview. Interviewed first on HireVue and then met the manager at the local Wal-Mart. Very simple questions like "Why would you like to work for Anderson" and such. Job starts off at Minimum wage. You do get a company iPhone so that was a plus.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Anderson Merchandisers
Interview
Super easy. Too easy. Which says a lot. The interviewers were very nice and pleasant but not much was told about the actual job of what we would be doing except brief descriptions which definitely didn't match the actual job. I was told I would have my own set store and very few travel. Yet I travel weekly store to store as needed. Not far in travel but they want you to get familiar with all the walmarts in your area which creates no stability.

Applied online and within one week received a phone call from Area District Mgr. A phone interview was performed and a time and date was set for me to meet the full-time sales person. They provided me an on-hand view of what the responsibilities of the job and I later contacted the Area District Mgr (DM) to respond to the job offer.
