Application
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Anderson Merchandisers (Rockwall, TX) in Nov 2014
Interview
It was very relaxed, but professional. There were background checks, and certification tests to take. We met at store. There is a mentor assigned to you for a month or two.
It went in this order: Recording of yourself answering questions then one Phone interview then an in person interview. This was very time consuming for a position that doesn't pay that well. They were concerned about your reliability of transportation.

Interview
It was very straightforward. I applied for the job, a few weeks later I heard from the territory sales lead. I pretty much ignored her, but a few weeks later she contacted me back. Impressed with the persistence I decided to contact her. A few days later I met with the area manager, she asked me normal questions, and I was hired on the spot.
