I’m currently in the middle of the interview process but have been so blown away by my experience with ATS and the talent acquisition team that I felt a review was necessary at this time! I was partially through the process previously and accepted a different position elsewhere. Unfortunately, that did not end up being as promised and I reached out to Leah DeWenter asking if they were still seeking candidates. Leah has been so responsive and helpful, truly a great reflection on ATS. Typically, one would go through a phone screening process and then proceed to an in-person interview and job shadowing on the same day. With the current pandemic at hand, Leah and the team have been incredibly resourceful and flexible. They have moved to virtual interviews via Zoom and are exploring options to replace/replicate the job shadow without breaching confidentiality within the company.
