I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Angel One (Mumbai) in Jun 2018
Interview
I had only one interview. It lasted for about an hour. It was easy, thought-provoking and to the point. The interviewer was my future boss and really tried to get to know me and understand my skill-set and experience
Round 1 - Discussion with HM regarding the current role + RCA + Few Mental Maths questions. The discussion was good and healthy.
Round 2 - The recruiter shared wrong info about the assessment type for this round (was told it would be purely technical, but it was similar to 1st round). The interviewer's behaviour was truly unprofessional. He often left the interview in the middle, disrupting the flow. He also, had a fixed approach in the back of his mind. Instead of engaging and open, he pushed his own expectations, and wasn't interested in considering alternative perspectives. Overall a frustrating experience.
